Rental Information

Did you know both the conference room & party room are available to rent, and your desired date will be confirmed as BOOKED upon receipt of deposit, payment and completed contract.

Please be reminded that NO LATER THAN 2 weeks prior to your event being held, you are required to provide an insurance binder, showing Emerald Heights Homeowners association, & Allure Total Management as additionally insured. Any subcontracted service (caterers, bounce houses, etc.) must also provide an insurance binder.
